Leadership and Investment in Our People
Our progress this year has been driven by our people. In 2025, we were proud to make several senior leadership appointments that reflect both internal progression and the strength of our team:
- Steven McNulty, promoted to Managing Director, providing operational leadership and strategic focus across the Group
- Alan Rimmer, promoted to Group Strategy Director, supporting long-term growth, innovation, and service development
- Amy Johnson, promoted to Group Finance Manager, strengthening financial governance and planning as the business continues to scale
Alongside these appointments, we continued to invest in expanding our operational, engineering, and control room teams to ensure our clients receive consistent, high-quality service as demand grows.
Technology That Improves Client Outcomes
In 2025, we continued to invest in technology that enhances service delivery without losing the human judgement that remains essential to effective security.
A key milestone was the continued rollout of TrackNet v2, our advanced monitoring and reporting platform. TrackNet v2 provides improved visibility, clearer reporting, and faster access to information, helping clients gain better insight into activity across their sites, supporting accountability, and enabling quicker, more informed decision-making.
These systems are designed to support our teams and our clients alike, improving efficiency while maintaining the reliability expected from a 24/7 monitored service.

High standards sit at the core of everything we do. During 2025, Copeland continued to strengthen its compliance framework and operational governance, achieving strong results across audits and accreditations.
