Copeland Group Services: March Newsletter Highlights
Welcome to the March edition of Copeland’s News. Initially planned as a quarterly newsletter, the vibrant activity in March prompted us to release a second edition following our inaugural one in February. Here’s a recap of the significant developments and achievements at Copeland Group Services this month.
Expanding Business and New Partnerships
March has been a bustling month, marked by the acquisition of several new businesses and the initiation of new sites. We have continued our successful relationship with Wirral schools, welcoming three additional schools. Our services for these schools include monitoring alarm systems, holding keys, conducting patrols, and overseeing video surveillance. This expansion highlights our growing footprint and the trust clients place in our comprehensive security solutions.
CCTV Installations and Innovations
We completed four new CCTV installations across the UK, from Brentford to Manchester, the Wirral, and Southport. Two installations were permanent setups for refurbished car showrooms, while the others were temporary, catering to a building site and an electrical manufacturer. Notably, we deployed our new solar-powered, eco-friendly CCTV tower, which has maintained a 91% charge despite poor weather conditions. This innovation underscores our commitment to sustainability while delivering top-notch security services.
Event Security and Prestigious Contracts
We secured contracts for two major summer events: the Wirral Viking Festival at Leasowe Castle and Caldy Rugby Club for a local company’s summer ball.
Additionally, we are excited to announce our new partnership with a prestigious hotel in Liverpool, where we will manage door supervision and event security for 36 upcoming events, including weddings and corporate functions. This contract reflects our capability to handle high-profile clients and events professionally and excellently.
Man Guarding and Patrol Enhancements
For the first time, we provided manguarding services to a long-term client, managing four temporary sites in Northern Ireland and a permanent site in Liverpool. Our dedicated patrol teams have also been instrumental in maintaining high service standards. We have optimised patrol routes and shift patterns to enhance efficiency and service delivery, ensuring even better performance in the future.
Employee Recognition
March’s Employee of the Month awards go to Jamie Netherton and Alex. Jamie has been invaluable in sharing his extensive knowledge of patrol routes and procedures, while Alex’s dedication and assistance have been crucial in streamlining our operations. Congratulations to both for their outstanding contributions.
