Compliance & Quality Assurance Success

We’re proud to have passed our internal ISO audit with flying colours! Special thanks to Alan Rimmer for driving this forward.

Looking ahead, our annual ACS audit will take place at the end of March, where we’ll be engaging with the assessment team both internally and on the ground. Alan Rimmer will be leading this process, working closely with teams to ensure all compliance requirements are met. The assessment will span two to three days, and Alan will be coordinating with staff for information and site visits.

• NMS UK (Coventry) – Providing man guarding, CCTV monitoring, and vehicle security searches for their armoured military vehicle manufacturing site.

EcoWatch: The Future of Remote Security

The EcoWatch system, our cutting-edge solar-powered security solution, continues to expand. Now deployed across 75+ sites, it provides AI-driven monitoring that alerts our Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) in real-time. This allows us to deliver fast response patrols and proactive protection.

Operational Excellence & Patrol Performance

Our patrol teams have achieved a 100% performance rating for responding to lock/unlock duties, alarm activations, and security patrols. This is a huge improvement from 96% last quarter, demonstrating our dedication to efficiency and reliability.

Tracknet Enhancements – AI-Powered Job Scheduling

We’re rolling out the latest Tracknet upgrade, which integrates AI-driven job scheduling to improve workflow management for security officers. This ensures optimal efficiency, real-time data tracking, and seamless operations.
